Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma at the monitoring site of muscle relaxation, surgery or severe neuromuscular conduction dysfunction within 3 months; 2. Allergy or contraindication of muscle relaxants and antagonists and the possibility of difficult airway; 3. Preoperative ultrasound examination showed that patients with diaphragm dysfunction could not cooperate with diaphragm ultrasound examination, and the diaphragm ultrasound image was not clear; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Serious complications occurred during the operation, and were directly transferred to ICU without extubation after the operation, or the vital signs were unstable after extubation.
