Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. BPH patients who have moderate to severe LUTS and have significantly affected their quality of life, especially those who have poor drug treatment effect or refuse to accept drug treatment. 2. When BPH is combined with the following complications: 1) Repeated urinary retention; 2) Repeated hematuria; 3) Recurrent urinary system infection; 4) Bladder calculus; 5) Secondary hydronephrosis of upper urinary tract (with or without renal function damage). 3. BPH patients complicated with inguinal hernia, severe hemorrhoids or prolapse, and it is difficult to achieve the treatment effect without relieving the lower urinary tract obstruction according to clinical judgment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of prostate surgery or lower urinary tract surgery; 2. Patients with urethral stricture; 3. Patients with any type of urinary incontinence before operation.
