Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing spinal surgery requiring IONM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertension patients with poor control or without treatment; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism without treatment or insufficient treatment; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris and congestive heart failure within six months); 4. Patients with elevated intraocular pressure (such as glaucoma); 5. Patients with serious mental diseases; 6. Patients at risk of intracranial hypertension.
