PL10:Subjects will monitor the intensity and amount of squat training at the setting interval of 10% average power. Once the target power cannot be achieved, the training will be terminated
PL20:Subjects will monitor the intensity and amount of squat training at the setting interval of 20% average power. Once the target power cannot be achieved, the training will be terminated

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy female college students (half a year's history of non-destructive injury); 2. Champion players of Group A and Group B basketball in sports colleges; 3. No functional action obstacle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injuries and dysfunction; 2. Lost track of training.
