Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is from January to 5; 2. Have not received any antibiotic treatment one week before the visit; 3. Diagnosed as bronchopneumonia; 4. Improve the detection of 6 pathogens; 5. Improve sputum culture; 6. Family members or guardians informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age is less than 1 month and more than 5 years old; 2. Have congenital immunodeficiency disease or used any immunosuppressant; 3. Have diseases of heart, liver, brain and other important organs; 4. Bronchial foreign body, lung tumor, asthma and other diseases; 5. Have antibacterial treatment one week before admission; 6. Those who refuse to cooperate with the test.
