18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. Gastric cancer was diagnosed by histopathological examination of the Pathology Department of West China Hospital before operation; 3. After preoperative imaging examination and stage evaluation, it has the indication of limited surgical resection (clinical stage: I-III).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous cancer of digestive tract or malignant tumor of other tissues and organs; 2. Recent (within three months) immunosuppressive therapy (including preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy) or history of immune diseases; 3. Uncontrolled infection before operation; 4. Emergency admission or palliative surgery; 5. Allergies to selected nutritional preparations; 6. There is an uncontrolled mental system disease that is unable to cooperate or unwilling to participate in the test; 7. Acute and chronic obstruction of digestive tract (including pyloric obstruction); 8. Short bowel syndrome; 9. Inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation or diarrhea, pregnancy; 10. Karnofsky index3 mg/dl), respiratory insufficiency (arterial blood PaO2<70 mmHg), American Society of Anesthesia score 4-5, liver function Child - C; 11. The nutritional treatment plan needs to be adjusted due to other reasons, severe malnutrition or high nutritional risk before operation, and the level of nutritional treatment involved in this study cannot meet the nutritional needs of patients; 12. Abnormal thyroid function and poor control, suffering from other serious metabolic diseases; 13. Abnormal lipid metabolism; 14. Uncontrolled diabetes; 15. Severe hemorrhagic disease; 16. There are general contraindications of parenteral nutrition: hypokalemia, excessive water, hypotonic dehydration, metabolic instability, acidosis.
