20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The thickness of transparent layer of fetal neck = 3mm; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. The fetal head and hip length is about 45 to 84mm; 4. They all participated in the study voluntarily and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Known fetal infection.
