Endovascular treatment (EVT) of the anterior circulation can be extended to 24 hours after the onset of the disease within 6 hours after the onset of the disease; 4. Under the guidance of imaging, the age is greater than 80 years old, the NIHSS score is greater than 10 points, the infarct core is not greater than 21 mL, or the age is less than 80 years old, the NIHSS score is greater than 10 points but not greater than 20 points, the infarct core is not greater than 31 mL, or the age is less than 80 years old, the NIHSS score is greater than 20 points, the infarct core is not greater than 51 mL, which meets the DAWN study inclusion criteria, and the treatment time window is extended to 24 hours; 5. Occlusive vessels include: common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) M1 and M2 segments, anterior cerebral artery (ACA) A1 segment, basal artery (BA), vertebral artery (VA), posterior cerebral artery P1 segment occlusion.
