Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perimenopausal female patients aged 40-60 years; 2. Kupperman score table>6 points or any single score = 2 points; 3. Serum hormone level: FSH = 30IU/L; 4. Have certain communication skills; 5. Those who are willing to intervene with lactic acid bacteria; 6. Understand and sign relevant informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected breast cancer, known or suspected sex hormone dependent malignant tumor, blood disease, liver and kidney dysfunction disease, thrombophlebitis; 2. Patients with coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, hypertensive crisis and other serious basic diseases; 3. People with previous gonad-related endocrine diseases; 4. Persons with previous mental illness; 5. Patients who need to take antibiotics during treatment; 6. Those who have taken estrogen and estrogen-like supplements in the past three months; 7. The doctor in charge of clinical research believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participating in the study.
