40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cervical spondylotic myelopathy, stenosis of 3 or more continuous or discontinuous segments (meeting the standard of posterior cervical surgery); 2.Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament; 3.Cervical developmental stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cervical spinal cord injury caused by trauma; 2.Congenital atlantooccipital malformation; 3.Lateral sclerosis of spinal cord 4.Syringomyelia; 5.Accompanied by mental illness; 6.Spinal cord space occupying; 7.The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate the operation.
