Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female outpatients between the ages of 20 and 75 years, diagnosed with FM according to the 2016 revision of the American College of Rheumatology's 2010/2011 FM diagnostic criteria, and with a pain score of =4 (VAS) were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart and lung disease; severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; previous history of mental illness, opioid abuse; possible drug allergy related to the trial; unable to obtain informed consent
