Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old, primary school education or above; 2. Meet MCR diagnostic criteria, including: 1) No dementia: the diagnosis is made by the doctor in combination with the disease history and relevant measurements (MMSE score>24). 2) Maintain the ability of daily living/no action obstacle: that is, those with ADL score = 16. 3) There is SCD. Use the GDS-15 memory item "Do you think you have more memory problems than most people?" to ask questions. If you answer "Yes", there is SCD. 4) Step down: The 6-meter walking test is used to measure the step speed. Participants are required to stand behind the starting line, touch the starting line with their toes, and walk the whole course at normal speed until they cross the finish line. The walking time of the middle 4 meters is converted into speed (m/s) to avoid the initial acceleration and final deceleration stages of the participants' walking. The average time of the two tests is used to calculate the gait speed. This study adopts the research results of Shen Shanshan et al., and the critical values of slow gait defined by different age groups (60~74 years old and = 75 years old) are male: = 0.91m/s and = 0.69m/s, female: = 0.80m/s and = 0.66m/s, respectively. 3. Those with clear consciousness and clear language expression; 4. Permanent residents in Huzhou; 5. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who take drugs that affect cognition, such as antipsychotic drugs, antidepressants and anxiety drugs (such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) or who have stopped taking drugs for less than 3 months; 2. Those with severe visual impairment and hearing impairment who cannot complete the study; 3. Evidence of previous history of stroke, Parkinson's disease, mental retardation or traumatic brain injury; 4. Those who are unable to complete the training due to serious physical diseases (such as Grade IV heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, etc.), extreme weakness, etc; 5. Have a history of depression, mental disorder or mental disease (such as schizophrenia); 6. Serious walking or balance disorder (such as using wheelchair); 7. Finger dysfunction; 8. Those who have participated in other cognitive training programs.
