Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I- III; 2.Healthy people aged 18-65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with known serious heart, respiratory, kidney or liver diseases; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Psychiatric or neurological diseases; 4. There is mental disorder of consciousness; 5. Use analgesics or receive psychotherapy; 6. There are chronic pain diseases.
