Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-80 years old; 2. All PTN patients were confirmed by trigeminal reflex electrophysiology, CT, magnetic resonance imaging and other examinations; 3. Including patients who are not suitable or willing to undergo microvascular decompression and radiofrequency therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Patients with secondary TN; 3. Infection in puncture area; 4. Previous organic diseases such as brain tumor and brain atrophy; 5. Have taken antibiotics within 2 months before the visit; 6. Have a cold with fever within 4 weeks before the visit; 7. Allergic constitution; 8. Runny nose or asthma.
