Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical nurses in the intensive care unit; 2. Work in the research department for more than 6 months, and continue to work in the current department during the research period; 3. Registered nurse; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It is planned to rotate, transfer and resign during the study period; 2. Female nurses who are pregnant or have family planning during the study period; 3. Those who are currently participating in similar trials.
