18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. College degree or above; 3. Hold the nurse practice certificate issued by the state; 4. PHQ-9 = 5 points or GAD-7 = 5 points; 5. Have not received other psychological treatment or intervention in the last 6 months; 6. Be able to use smart phones and WeChat; 7. Good reading and understanding ability, willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are not on duty during the recruitment period due to sick leave, maternity leave, vacation, etc., as well as those who are in advanced study and practice; 2. The score of suicide ideation item in the PHQ-9 scale is = 2 points; 3. Suffer from major physical diseases or serious mental diseases diagnosed by doctors, such as bipolar disorder; 4. Have previously studied mindfulness or ACT related courses.
