18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Thoracoscopic lung surgery is planned; 4. Estimated operation time = 2h; 5. Sign the informed consent form to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary diseases: acute respiratory distress syndrome (defined as PaO2/FiO235kg/m2; 3. He has had chest surgery in the past; 4. Chest X-ray or CT shows pneumothorax or pulmonary bullae; 5. Contraindications of PEEP: high intracranial pressure, hypovolemic shock, right heart failure; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Neuromuscular disease; 8. Intracranial injury or tumor; 9. Severe pulmonary hypertension (defined as pulmonary systolic pressure>40mmHg); 10. Serious heart disease (NYHA grade III or IV, acute coronary syndrome or persistent ventricular tachyarrhythmia); 11. Participate in other intervention studies or refuse to participate in the group.
