Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018); 2. Stages of knee osteoarthritis include initial stage, early stage and middle stage; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence image classification I-III category; 4. Visual analogue scale (VAS) 1-6 points (mild to moderate pain); 5. KOA in one knee; 6. Age 50-75 years; 7. Be able to tolerate the training intensity of the Yijinjing skill during the treatment; 8. I can cooperate with the rehabilitation training, sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept other treatment related to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute attack period of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Unable to tolerate the training intensity of the Yijinjing skill during the treatment; 3. Knee joint symptoms caused by other reasons; 4. Serious cardiopulmonary disease; 5. Persons with cardiac pacemaker; 6. The joint is seriously deformed or deformed; 7. Those who have received other treatment or pain-related drugs; 8. Patients with cognitive impairment or speech communication impairment can not receive rehabilitation treatment according to the doctor's advice.
