Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria are adult female patients(age between 18 and 65 years old) who are scheduled to undergo elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's ASA anesthesia grade = grade III; 2. History of smoking and brain injury; 3. Poor control of hypertension, atrioventricular block = ? degree, obesity (BMI>30 kg/m2); 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding period; 5. Known allergy to drugs used in the study protocol, history of motion sickness, and history of gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Liver and kidney dysfunction (liver enzyme or creatinine is 1.5 times higher than the normal value), alcoholism or drug abuse, mental illness, use of antiemetics, opioids, psychotropic drugs, glucocorticoids 24 hours before surgery; 7. The patient participated in other studies.
