Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Combined with the findings of cystoscopy, pelvic CT/MRI and postoperative pathology, the patient was diagnosed with MIBC. (2) Pathological staging was based on the seventh edition of the International Union Against Cancer TNM staging method in 2009, and the clinical staging of TNM was T2N0M0. (3) Tumors in the bladder triangle, posterior wall, left and right side walls with safe surgical margins, and the patient's tumor margins were confirmed to be negative. (4) Patients who refused radical surgery as well as radiotherapy and were fully informed prior to treatment. (5) Patients treated with TUR-Bt, and all patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy with gemcitabine as the primary chemotherapy agent (systemic chemotherapy or bladder thermal perfusion chemotherapy).
