Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients completed the operation in the same medical group; (2) PTC was confirmed by intraoperative and postoperative pathology, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis was complicated by postoperative pathology; (3) The level of TGAb before and after operation was higher than normal (chemiluminescence, the normal value range was 0-4.11 IU / ml). (4) All patients were routinely treated with postoperative thyroid hormone replacement therapy according to the 2015 ATA thyroid cancer treatment guidelines and were able to follow up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had a history of thyroid disease or related drugs. (2) Have a positive history of Graves' ophthalmopathy (go) and thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb). (3) Patients were treated with I131 after operation.
