Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Left or right outflow tract premature ventricular contraction or ventricular tachycardia; 2.Patients with symptomatic outflow tract ventricular arrhythmia who do not respond to treatment with at least one antiarrhythmic drug; 3.18-75 years old,regardless of gender; 4.Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with correctable PVC/VT; 2. Patients with NYHA class III/IV; 3. Patients with serious lung disease; 4. Patients with a history of myocardial infarction and coronary stent implantation in the last 6 months; 5. Patients expected to transplant heart within 12 months; 6. Patients with severe acute cerebral infarction; 7. Patients with hematopoietic diseases; 8. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 9. Pregnancy and Nursing mothers; 10. Patients with psychosis; 11. Life expectancy less than two years.
