Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants with gestational age < 32 weeks; 2. Pyloric tube feeding (ETPF) or oral-gastric tube feeding (OGTF) was used within 1 week after birth, and ETPF or OGTF was used for more than 1 week; 3. Stay in hospital for more than 14 days; 4. Leave the hospital on medical advice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformation; 2. Genetic metabolic disease; 3. Family members give up treatment.
