18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Burn patients present within 24 hours; 2. Adult patients aged 18-60 years with burns of 50-80% TBSA (including 50% and 80%); 3. Patients with PiCCO catheterization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple injuries with Injury Severity score >25; 2. Give up treatment when admitted to hospital due to serious condition; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Multiple limb amputation; 5. Patients who have received or are receiving glucocorticoid therapy; 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Original severe heart disease, unstable angina attack, cardiac insufficiency, myocardial infarction; 8. Original chronic kidney disease, renal insufficiency, serum creatinine more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; 9. Original definite liver disease, liver function AST or ALT more than 2 times the upper limit of normal value; 10. Patients with mental illness; 11. Pregnant or lactating patients; 12. Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion in this clinical study.
