Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender restriction, aged 18-60 years; 2. Indications of tracheal intubation; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to III, New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade I to II; 4. BMI 18-35kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 4. Patients with severe reflux aspiration risk (such as intestinal obstruction, diaphragmatic hiatal hernia, morbid obesity, disturbance of consciousness, airway injury, etc.) who should be awake for intubation; 5. Gastric tube has been placed; 6. Patients with contraindications of NPA placement (Nasal polyps, nasopharyngeal masses, hemangioma and obstruction; Severe maxillary trauma or skull base fracture); 7. Refuse to participate in the study.
