Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the above international criteria for neurological classification of spinal cord injury (ASIA criteria) at grade B, C, and D; 2. Aged range from 18 to 55 years; 3. Edinburgh handedness examination determined that the patient was right-handedness; 4. Clear consciousness, no dementia, aphasia, able to follow instructions; 5. There was no history of mental illness or epilepsy, and no obvious abnormality was found in conventional MRI scan; 6. Inpatients without serious heart, liver or kidney diseases who can cooperate with the study; 7. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. SCI patients with craniocerebral injury and lower limb peripheral nerve injury; 2. Contraindications of fNIRS or rTMS exist.
