Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for SCZ in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-IV); 3. Aged range from 18 to 45 years, no gender limit; 4. Total score of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) >=60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other mental diseases or previous mental diseases; 2. Previous organic brain lesions or severe external injuries to the brain; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, metabolic diseases and other serious physical diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Have taken or used antibiotics (or) microecological regulators continuously within the past month; 6. Abnormal laboratory routine examination (such as liver function, blood routine and urine routine); 7. Participated in another clinical study within 3 months; 8. Patients with serious unstable physical diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, etc., have been diagnosed.
