Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Has been diagnosed with coronary heart disease according to the World Health Organization diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; ? Permanent residents of Songjiang District who received PCI treatment during hospitalization; Risk stratified patients; ? Postoperative coronary angiography showed residual stenosis <30%; ? Patients gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study. ? Age 18-80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?The patient has heart valve disease, aortic arch stenosis or hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; ?The patient is accompanied by non-cardiac diseases such as severe liver and kidney insufficiency, tumor, infection, thrombosis that may aggravate the disease; ?The patient has postoperative bleeding and thrombosis Postoperative complications such as formation, stent implantation, restenosis and occlusion; ? High-risk stratified patients in accordance with the "Risk Stratification of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease"; Mental illness, cognitive impairment, and severe physical disability were unable to cooperate with the trial; ? Patients who met the risk stratification of patients with coronary heart disease from low-intermediate risk stratification were converted to high-risk stratified patients; ? Patients who died midway.
