Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who received manual reduction and external fixation due to supracondylar fracture of humerus in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2021; 2. Patients aged 4-10 years; 3. The weight is 15-35kg; 4. ASA grading is 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to any of the drugs used in this study; 2. Patients with neuromuscular diseases; 3. History of heart disease or bronchial asthma; 4. Patients with severe liver, kidney and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Family members refused to participate in the experiment or could not cooperate with the experiment.
