Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2024, every patient over 18 years of age who presented to the emergency department with a chief complaint of chest pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Definite acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, traumatic non-cardiac chest pain, aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, acute pericarditis; 2. Hemodynamic instability; 3. Patients who are pregnant and unable to provide informed consent.
