Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe primary palmhyperhidrosis (HDSS Grade III or IV), including those who have not responded well to conservative management, including topical antiperspirants, traditional Chinese medicine, botox injections, and oral anticholinergics, and who have no history of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (VTS).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of chronic pain and mental illness. 2. Vascular interventional surgery during preoperative follow-up. 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function. 4. Infection of the whole body or chest or back. 5. Abnormal platelet function or coagulation dysfunction caused by long-term oral antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. 6. Implant a pacemaker. 7. Incomplete clinical data.
