Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with age-related cataract or complicated cataract caused by high myopia, the Emery nuclear grade is at grade II-IV; 2. Preoperative regular corneal diffuser <2.0D; 3. Conventional cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation; 4. The operation went smoothly; 5. Complete preoperative data; 6. If both eyes were operated on the same patient, one eye was randomly selected to be included; 7. Implant ZCB00 intraocular lens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious turbidity in the diopter interstitium before surgery, who could not be measured by IOLMaster 700; 2. Patients with diseases affecting the resolution of refractive media, such as pannus keratae, corneal disease, pterygium; 3. Patients with fundus lesions; 4. Patients with a history of eye surgery; 5. Patients with intraoperative complications, such as posterior capsule rupture, IOL implantation in ciliary groove, and lens nucleus falling into vitreous cavity; 6. Patients with postoperative complications, such as bleeding, infection, iris adhesion, IOL dislocation, subsequent cataract, macular edema, etc.
