13 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 13-50 years, no gender limit, junior high school education or above, able to read and complete the scale screening; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for BD depressive episode of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition (DSM-V); 3. 24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score > 21; Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) was < 6 points; 4. No previous use of psychiatric medications or at least 6 months after withdrawal; 5. Han nationality, right-handed; 6. Signed the informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with axis I, Axis II and any other mental disorders; 2. Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy; 3. History of organic brain disease or craniocerebral trauma and physical diseases; 4. Patients dependent on alcohol, drugs or other psychoactive substances; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. MRI showed abnormal brain structure; 7. Patients with magnetic resonance imaging contraindications; 8. Claustrophobic and unable to complete MRI.
