18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 2. Patients who need to be diagnosed by cystoscopy due to hematuria or bladder space occupation; Or patients who underwent routine cystoscopy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT); 3. The subjects can understand the research content and sign the informed consent form, and can actively cooperate And follow the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Patients with acute urinary tract infection or postoperative BCG infusion; 3. Urethral stricture or too small bladder volume to be examined by cystoscopy; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate local anesthesia; 5. Female menstrual period or more than 3 months pregnant.
