18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, no gender limit; 2. Liver cancer patients diagnosed with HCC and scheduled for radiofrequency ablation; 3. Supine blood pressure (5 minutes after entering the operating room) 90-160/50-100mmHg; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I-III; 5. Child-Plug score: grade A; 6. Not allergic to the drugs used; 7. People willing to accept scale survey and interview.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) examination; 2. Abnormal QTc electrocardiogram (heart rate corrected peak Q and T interval greater than 450 ms) or other cardiac risk factors, such as heart failure, hypokalemia, or family history of long QT syndrome; 3. Portal hypertension; 4. Moderate to severe obstruction or limited lung function; 5. Resting heart rate below 40 beats per minute or above 100 beats per minute; 6. Chronic pain, frequent use of analgesics, severe rib deformity; 7. Allergies to narcotic drugs.
