20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 20-40 years old, first-time vaginal delivery women, fetal weight 2500-4000g, lochia has been cleaned 6 weeks after delivery (2) The pelvic floor muscle score is between 60 and 80 in the 6-week postpartum review. (3) The puerpera refused to use biofeedback electrical stimulation for pelvic floor rehabilitation training, and agreed to use pelvic floor muscle training on their own. (4) Willing to participate in this experiment and insist on completing the whole researcher. (5) Normal cognitive ability; (6) Agree to sign the informed consent form and can cooperate with the examination and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Active genital infection, incomplete vaginal mucosa; (2) Have a history of severe drug allergy or asthma; (3) Severe heart disease, liver and kidney disease, diabetes, blood disease and nervous system disease; (4) Patients with psychological problems or mental illnesses; (5) Patients with a history of pelvic floor surgery for non-obstetric factors; (6) Forceps or fetal suction midwifery
