Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose OVCF through medical history, clinical symptoms, signs, bone density examination and relevant effective imaging examination, and exclude patients with abdominal organs, urinary system and other diseases that may cause pain in the chest, waist and back, ribs, abdomen and sacroiliac; 2. X-ray, CT and MRI showed compressibility fracture of a single vertebral body, and MRI showed fresh vertebral fracture; 3. Excluding relevant surgical contraindications, patients and their families agree and sign informed consent and other relevant documents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vertebral compression fracture due to violence or high-energy injury (e.g. fall injury, traffic accident injury);? 2. Patients with abdominal viscera, urinary system or other diseases caused by pain other than fracture affected the group; 3. Pathological fracture caused by infection, metastatic tumor, etc.; 4. Spinal cord compression or neurological symptoms caused by fracture, requiring other surgical treatment;? 5. Patients who cannot or refuse to undergo surgical treatment due to personal reasons.
