18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged range from 18 to 75 years; 2. Confirmed solid tumor patients; 3. The foci (primary foci > 1.0cm in diameter) were measured according to RECIST criteria; 4. Tumor patients can be surgically removed after clinical diagnosis, and sufficient tissue (>=1.0cm^3) can be obtained from primary lesions or metastatic lesions for organoid culture and histological analysis; 5. Patients will receive chemotherapy or targeted drugs after surgical resection of tumor lesions; 6. ECOG score (PS) =6 months; 8. Normal function of major organs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Patients with peripheral nervous system disorders caused by diseases or with a clear history of mental disorders and central nervous system disorders; 3. Patients with severe infection or active digestive tract ulcers need treatment; 4. Severe liver disease (such as cirrhosis), cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, respiratory disease, blood system disease, or uncontrolled diabetes.
