Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other diseases that cause osteoporosis, such as chronic kidney disease; 2. Have a strong desire to prevent osteoporosis and sign informed consent; 3. Not taking hormone drugs for nearly half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance and failure to cooperate with follow-up supervision; 2. Patients treated with antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants; 3. Cervical vascular plaque, breast cancer, motor dysfunction, etc.; 4. People suffering from autoimmune diseases, organic diseases, sports contraindications, etc.
