Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as ''major depressive disorder'' by ICD-10, and did not meet the diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder and other mental disorders by Concise International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI SCID); 2. Aged between 12 and 35 years, no gender limit, normal vision or corrected vision, normal hearing, right-handed; 3. No drug treatment, or after drug cleaning period greater than 5 metabolic half-lives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious internal diseases of heart, liver, kidney, endocrine (abnormal thyroid function), blood, autoimmune and so on; 2. Current and past organic diseases of the brain; History of head trauma and seizures; 3. History of other serious mental disorders; 4. Abuse of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.
