Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Obtain a diagnosis of mood disorders, including anxiety disorders (e.g., panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder) and unipolar depression, in a mild-to-moderate degree; 3. If taking medication has not changed at least four weeks before the intervention and is not expected to change during the intervention; 4. Join the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of access to the Internet; 2. Lack of Chinese ability; 3. Previous participation in a mindfulness-based program longer than 6 weeks and/or current meditation practice more than once a week; 4. Schizophrenia or psychotic affective disorder, current organic mental disorder, substance abuse disorder, and pervasive developmental disorder; 5. Risk of self-harm and suicide.
