Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary unilateral total knee replacement; 2. Aged range from 18 to 80 years; 3. Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating (risk assessment of anesthesia) was grade I to ?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs used in the test; 2. Long-term users of opioids and other analgesic drugs or psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients with contraindications to nerve block; 4. Insufficiency of kidney, heart and other important organs; 5. Language barrier and inability to complete various questionnaire scores.
