Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and have been diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke by specialists; 2. mRS=18 years; 4. Patients can cooperate to complete various tests; 5. Patients and their families agree to participate in the program and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous known fatigue high risk diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease or tumor; 2. Patients with previous depression, dementia or other mental diseases; 3. Severe confusion of consciousness, severe aphasia, or severe motor complications and mobility difficulties may hinder active recovery; 4. Cognitive dysfunction in MMSE assessment (illiterate <17 points, primary school < 20 points, junior high school and above < 24 points); 5. Malignant tumor, mental illness; 6. Patients with severe physical diseases (such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, etc.), infectious diseases and immune system diseases; 7. Combine substance dependents; 8. Patient with metal implants in the head; 9. Pregnant or lactating patients.
