18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of anterior circulation ischemic stroke in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; 2. Onset time within 7 days; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Complete and reliable medical history, complete relevant tests and examinations; 5. Patients or their legal relatives sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with large cerebral infarction; 2. Head CT showed patients with parenchymal hemorrhage; 3. Patients who are participating in or have participated in other clinical studies within 3 months.
