50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese people aged >=50 years; 2. The subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent; 3. The subjects plan to undergo colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple polyp syndrome; 2. History of inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Confirmed or highly suspected bowel stenosis, blockage, perforation, obstruction, or colorectal tumor; 4. History of colorectal surgery; 5. History of failed colonoscopy; 6. The investigators assessed additional risk factors for ineligibility for colonoscopy.
