18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-50 years, ASA I- II, undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) was lower than 70 mm Hg; 2. Patients with pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes and peripheral vascular diseases; 3. Expected and unexpected difficult airway; 4. Have upper limb circulation disorder; 5. Lack of intelligence; 6. Autonomic nervous dysfunction.
