18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited shoulder joint activity after breast reconstruction for breast cancer; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. The drainage tube has been removed and the wound has healed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor is not controlled; 2. Preoperative fibromyalgia or chronic upper limb pain; 3. Limited range of motion (ROM) of upper limb joint before surgery; 4. Infection, open wound or wound drainage; 5. Kidney failure, serious heart disease and other diseases unsuitable for exercise; 6. Mental disorders or cooperation problems.
