Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sepsis (refer to the definition of Sepsis 3.0 published in 2016) and who met the requirements for venous blood collection within 24 hours of admission to the ICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and subjects who aged < 18 years, refuse to participate or do not provide informed consent. 2. Pregnant and lactating patients and children. 3. Patients with other serious cardiovascular diseases. 4. Patients with other mental diseases or low cooperation in the treatment process. 5. Patients with tumors or immune defects that have a greater impact on immunity. 6. Long-term use of hormone drugs or other drugs that affect the experimental data.
