Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chongqing residents aged over 35 years who can use smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Patients with uncontrolled mental illness, or severe mental disability, or communication disabilities; 3. Acute stage of enteritis, dysentery, perianal abscess and other diseases; 4. Patients with peritonitis, intestinal perforation, extensive adhesion of abdominal cavity and intestinal stricture caused by various reasons; 5. Cirrhotic ascites, mesenteric inflammation, large abdominal aneurysm, highly abnormal bowel flexion, and advanced cancer with extensive intraperitoneal metastasis; 6. Patients with severe bleeding tendency; 7. Pregnant patients; 8. Colonoscopy has been performed within 5 years of the initial screening.
