Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral ACL injury patients ; patients whose epiphyseal line has been closed and the age is not more than 50 years old ; first ACL injury, no history of knee surgery ; soft tissue condition intact, no open injury ; willing to accept surgery and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria ; epiphyseal line unclosed or over 50 years old ; anterolateral instability, medial collateral ligament or posterior cruciate ligament rupture, knee dislocation, fracture ; patients with meniscus III° injury or cartilage injury ; severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, endocrine and mental diseases ; can not cooperate with rehabilitation exercise and follow-up.
